SPR# DBRK7UKEUK - This only happens on Basic Notes when upgrading form previous release, a clean 8.5 installation runs fine, the standard build upgragde has no the issue too. The issue occurs due to \notes\jvm\bin\classic\jvm.dll was missed after upgrade. This issue is fixed on 8.5.1.
